All original designs, including commissioned artwork and AI-generated elements, remain the intellectual property of Honor Works & Apparel unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Shipping, Delivery, and Handling
   Shipping estimates are provided by Shopify's contracted carriers and are not  guaranteed. Once an item has been handed off to a carrier, Honor Works & Apparel is not liable for delays, lost/stolen packages, or improper delivery. Customers are responsible for correct shipping addresses. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, hanging, or mounting of any product.
9. Limitation of Liability
   In no case shall Honor Works & Apparel be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, data, or savings, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
