This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made from Honor Works & Apparel. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We accept returns for non-customized, non-personalized items within 30Β calendar days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

🚫 Exclusions

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of many of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made items
  • Personalized orders
  • Engraved or made-to-order goods

Returns will only be accepted for these items if:

  • The item arrives damaged due to shipping
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • The customization does not match the approved order (e.g., an error on our part)

Please note:

  • Minor variations in material, finish, or color are natural in handmade goods and do not constitute defects.
  • Colors may appear slightly different in person due to variations in screen settings, lighting, or device displays. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Orders for custom or personalized products may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

Rush or expedited orders are exempt from this window and are final once submitted.

To initiate a return or report an issue:

  2. Provide your order number and photos of any issues.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and authorization.
  • For eligible voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • For returns due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
