This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website at Honor Works & Apparel.
📦 Processing Times
All items are made to order. Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for standard handmade and custom production
- 1–2 business days for in-stock, ready-to-ship items
- Rush orders may ship sooner depending on availability
Processing time does not include shipping time. If your order includes multiple items, it will ship once the entire order is complete.
🚀 Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via Shopify’s partnered carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address and selected speed.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

📬 Delivery Issues
Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, it is in the carrier’s possession. We are not responsible for delays, lost/stolen packages, or incorrect delivery addresses. However, we will do our best to help if issues arise.
For lost or delayed packages:
- Contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided
- Then email us at support@honorworksapparel.com so we can assist if possible
📢 Important Notes
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed unless specified by the carrier
- Orders may experience delays during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier backlogs
- Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We cannot re-ship orders that are returned due to address errors without an additional shipping fee
